Steps
1) preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Sprinkle each side with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
5) Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly golden, keeping a close eye to make sure the chips do not burn. Allow tortilla chips to cool down prior to serving.
