Power Push

 



Ingredients
· 1 3/4 oz. dried soft apricots
· 1 3/4 oz. dried soft figs
· 1 3/4 oz. dried goji berries
· 1 1/2 oz. walnuts
· 1 1/2 oz. whole blanched almonds
· 1 1/2 oz. pumpkin seeds
 
Steps
1) Cut the apricots and figs into bite-sized pieces. Coarsely cop the walnuts and almonds. (if you wish, before chopping, you can dry-roast the walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds in the oven.) Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
